Last Victoria long weekend I went to Montreal w/ three other frds. That was the third time I've been there. First time I went w/ my family when I was around 10-11...the 2nd time I went w/ the church ppl along w/ ada and feb. Oh I remember that 2nd time was brutal...I had bad memories from that trip so after that I never really wanted to go back to MTL.
This time, Jenn wanted to go on a road trip, someone suggested Montreal and it sounded like a good idea so I agreed to go. I have to say this montreal trip is the best out of the three times that I've been there. Driving can be tiring but if you go w/ ppl like Jenn who LOVES to drive then its not that bad.
We saved up for the accommodation thanks to Daisy and her family. Her aunt's house was very nice and it was huge! lol...we went to places like old Montreal, china town, notre dame, bio dome, botancial garden, st catherines..etc.
I really enjoyed this getaway trip w/ frds, but one thing I wish we could have done was to try out some French cuisine up there...oh well, next time!
